About moi

At dinner last night, my friend called me “the people’s New Yorker” and you know what? That’s me.

Born and raised in Manhattan, destined to be an obnoxious brat but determined to be myself, another maladjusted city kid.

I started photography in high school, getting up early to wake and bake take pictures in the park. Then something shifted and photography became my language of choice. From fervently documenting every night out on a digicam and immediately uploading an album to Facebook to spending whole days in the dark room burning through supplies at my preppy high school. Photography helps me prove I exist. It cements and centers my point of view.

I love pizza, the bus, and the great people of New York. Ever upward.
